Galloway Project Goes Before the ZBA

Tomorrow night, Wednesday, March 16, Eric Galloway's plan to build four houses on the vacant lot at Union and First streets goes before the Zoning Board of Appeals. The project will be seeking an area variance for two reasons: (1) the houses will continue the existing street wall and will not have the setback from the street required by current zoning code; and (2) the houses will not have the amount of offstreet parking required by Hudson's current zoning code.

The meeting takes place at 7 p.m. at City Hall.
