It's minutes after midnight. Here on my block of lower Allen Street, those of us who are savvy about alternate side of the street parking have moved their cars to the north side of the street, because tomorrow is an even numbered day. BUT there are "No Parking" signs on the north side of the street, so most of the cars are still parked on the south side.
Who will get tickets? The people who heed the "No Parking" signs, or the people who are trying to abide by the law, in spite of signs indicating the contrary?
