On Thursday, June 9, at 7 p.m., at Mount Washington House in Hillsdale, Eric Tobin, Regional Director for Technical and Grant Programs for the Preservation League of New York State, will conduct a workshop on the benefits of historic designation. The focus of the workshop will be New York State Rehabilation Tax Credits for historic homes and income-producing properties. The event is sponsored by the Hillsdale Historic Preservation Committee, and owners of historic properties anywhere in Columbia County are encouraged to attend.
