Disappointment for the Olana Viewshed
Last week, Supreme Court Justice Richard Mott dismissed a petition brought by The Olana Partnership and Scenic Hudson to overturn the Livingston Planning Board's decision to approve the construction of a new telecommunications tower on Blue Hill in the Olana viewshed.
